I’ve composed a ranking of my top five favorite reviewed films since my blogging began in January of this year. I would highly recommend seeing these movies.

At number 5, “The Haunting in Connecticut 2” is sure to stir up some horror in your movie viewing life. At it’s time of publication, it was the highest rated film on by blog at 95% Having fallen in love with this genre many years ago, this movie was a great reminder of why I’m a sucker for a good scary movie.

Number four is a very creative treat for movie geeks. “Mr. Nobody” is psychological on a level I’ve never before seen. A man, who in his own mind, lived several different lives, all playing out very differently. In his old age, his thought process about the many directions his life could have gone becomes mixed and confused. This film brings to light the ultimate question, “What if we could try every path in life?”

Properly chilling, “The Conjuring” does what most horror movies can’t, and it actually spooks a part of us. Built with the right cast and “true life” based plot, the film is poised for a good review. As of right now, it wouldn’t be my favorite Halloween movie, but it is by far, my favorite modern horror movie.

My favorite British actor, and one of my favorite actors in general, Benedict Cumberbatch, yet again astounds me with his on screen performance in 2013’s “The Fifth Estate”. We live in technological times where news can spread fast, and if your smart, you can be it’s leading source, especially for those classified, dirty little secrets.

I have not enjoyed watching and reviewing a movie more than I did the film “12 Years a Slave”. It was an emotional, heartfelt, gut wrenching masterpiece that I believe every movie goer should take the time to see. Chiwetel Ejiofor’s performance was stunning and grand to say the least. It will be hard to find a film that tops this one in it’s realism, emotion, and overall character performance.
Thanks for reading, and you can find full reviews on all of these films right here on my blog.
I promise to watch 12y a slave. It seems to be very well
It’s definitely worth your time. Thanks.
